Usually our specialists respond to the application within 5 days.

Within 2 weeks after the application deadline, groups are formed and documents are reviewed.

The NSU administration will check your documents. If some documents are not suitable, you will receive a message "Request documents" with the appropriate comment.
If you have indicated a level of knowledge of Russian higher than A0, you will be asked to take an online test to determine the level more accurately.
Within 2 weeks after the application deadline we will contact you again regarding the status of your application. If the decision is positive, you will receive a contract to sign.

Within 2 weeks after the application deadline, we will send you a contract to sign. After the contract is signed by both sides you will be asked to make the first payment for training (it will be stated in your contract).

The preparation of an invitation usually takes 4-6 weeks.
Once the invitation is ready, we will send a digital copy of it to your personal account.
At this point, you can make an appointment at the chosen Russian embassy / consulate in your country to apply for visa.
Please consult your embassy / consulate for the visa processing time.

Once you receive your visa, you can buy tickets.
Please remember to send us scanned copies of your visa and you tickets to Novosibirsk.
After that, the International Students Support Center will contact you regarding airport transfer to the dormitory and the next steps.
